Demuth Milk Miracle: complete outfit! Scarce

Occasionally you run across the Demuth milk pitcher but rarely the complete apparatus with instructions.  The effect is a handkerchief is removed from a  glass which is otherwise empty.

The glass is covered with the hanky and a plate sat on top (un-gimmicked plate not part of the original outfit) and the Milk Pitcher full of milk is placed on top of the plate.  A tap of a magic wand and the level  milk slowly begins to lower in the pitcher until it lowers to about half. The hanky is removed from the glass and it is now full of milk!

This has everything with it including the original instructions and a small part that makes it all work that is never found with the pitcher. Doc Mosssey Collection. In used  condition. Circa 1930.
