Edward Boettcher’s The Egyptian Scarab by Thomas Pohle :scarce

This is a very early one from Berlin Germany, They are beautiful props in mint condition.

Three plaques are removed from a decorative Egyptian themed box (the box is shown otherwise empty). Two are red and one is gold with a red scarab in the middle. The plaques are nested together and when un-nested the scarab design is missing leaving a hole in the plaque itself!  The box is opened and the missing scarab is found there,  This is about 35 years old but pristine mint. A scarce item! Box is 5 inches long.
