Utility Switch Box: used for many things: clever beautiful prop

I have never seen this before.  This is a box that can be used to switch items, revel predictions, vanish items, produce items etc.  The use that stands out for me is it can be used to reveal one of 4 predictions.  It is always under your control!  Imagine always having four outs!  Cleverly built.  From Micheal Baker.s The Magic Company and no longer available.  Box is approximately 4 inches square.
