This is an Abbott Balloon to Dove Tray. It has been slightly modified to add a cage to it if you wish. The cage does not affect the original balloon to dove effect when it is not attached. It immediately and easily attaches using 2 dowel pins. It is really quite a nice set up and gives this effect dual flexibility.
