Early “Davenport” Box circa 1900

This is a beauty.  It was the standard fare circa 1900 (perhaps prior).  A ring, watch con etc. is placed into he drawer on the box. When the drawer is opened the watch has vanished. The little box delivers the vanished item right into the palm of your hand although it appears completely innocent. This one is very nice with wonderful patina and in near mint condition.  An amazing little piece. The size is 3x3x3.5 inches.
