Dec. 12th 1945 presentation plaque to Blackstone Sr. in honor of his performance on that day in Utica New York.  In very good condition.

Blackstone would frequently visit magic clubs when arriving an their city. He was known to associate with magicians and loved watching and doing tricks for the local clubs.
