This is an oversized Lippincott box. Mel made a few of them designed initially to use for the bill in lemon effect although they of course can be used for anything that fits. the size is 5×4.5×4.25 inches. Beautiful construction as usual with brass hardware, beautiful inlay and lined with green felt.  He only made a few.
