Thayer Tri Color Boxes and Flight: Clayton Jacobson Collection

Winning Bid: $155.00

This is an early effect from Thayer.  Three boxes are shown empty.  The white box is placed inside the red box and latched. The blue box is placed on a tray and a dove is put inside.  The magician removed the box from the tray and tosses it into the air where it vanishes.  The red box is opened and the white box removed. Inside the white box is the blue box with the dove inside!  The tray has been repainted and the scarf is not original an will need to have two small pieces of wire tacked to it to perform this effect.  It is in good used condition. With instructions.. The largest box is 8.5×6.75×6.50 inches.. This is from the Thayer collection of Clayton Jacobson who owned Thayer in the late 1950’s
