The Confetti Cup circa 1910: uncommon

Winning Bid: $75.00

Only one of these I have seen.  It is similar to the confetti vase but is in a large cup form. This is all brass nickel plated circa 1910.  The effect is you show a cup empty and dip it into a box of confetti.  You then pour the confetti back into he box and dip the cup again.  You removed the cup full of confetti.  You place the lid on the cup and when it is removed you produce a a liquid, a small animal or any load that will fit into the cup. Some of the plating is wearing off as you can see but it did not photo well and actually looks better than the photo. Scarce early prop!  8.5 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter at the mouth..

Estimate $150-200
