Vintage Davenport Absconding Queen

Before Milson Worth there was the original Davenport that issued this great effect. The effect is a queen of diamonds with a hole in the center  is shown and placed into a frame.  A blank silk handkerchief is shown and it is fed through the hole in the frame and through the queen.  As the silk is fed through it visibly changes into a silk scarf with the queen on it!  The illusion is perfect!.  The card is then removed from the frame and found blank!

I would estimate circa 1940 on this one.  Silks are replacements. It is an oldie but in good condition. Scarce.
