Warren Stephens Potted: vintage effect 1960’s

Warren Stephens created some very clever effects.  Potted is he story of a dropping flower who likes his alcohol as he perks up when applied.  You will want to change this to milk or water for your kids effects. Complete with instructions. Part of the suggested routine is firing off a cap and the original  bang device is attached.  The upright flower is 14 inches tall from the bottom of the pot. Scarce.
