Will Rock Signed Photo and Personal License Plate

Signed Photo and Personal license plate sent to Doc Mossey.  Doc met Will in 1984 (see photo) and the photo and license plate were gifted to him in 1986. They became great friends and corresponded frequently both sharing an admiration for the Great Raymond who they often conversed about.  An unusual collectible for sure!  Would look great framed together. Both in excellent condition.
